Join opioid and health care professionals, residents with lived experience with opioid misuse and community leaders for the first-annual HOPE Summit in Dakota County. The event will feature speakers, panel discussions and resources on health, opioids, and drug abuse prevention and education.
Substance misuse and opioid abuse affect individuals, families, schools and entire communities — no one is untouched by this crisis. Learn how Dakota County health experts, city leaders, local law enforcement and community providers are addressing opioid misuse.
Workshops will include substance misuse, suicide prevention and naloxone training.
Dakota County Public Health staff will provide an update on the use of opioid settlement funding.
