We are excited to welcome all Arizona Doulas to our first Doula Appreciation Event! Thank you to our Host Sponsor, Tempe Birth Center, for welcoming this event into their space.Come at 10:00 am to enjoy a beverage bar and a continental breakfast. All doulas and doulas-in-training are welcome to attend.
We will also have some fun "appreciation" stations:
(1) BYOC Sugar Scrubs - Bring a container and fill it with a delightful sugar scrub mixed at the event.
(2) DIY Salt Soak - we will have Epsom Salts, essential oils, and 3 add-ins for you to create your own soothing bath salts. Station sponsored by Chelsea Lindblad - thank you!
(3) 15-minute hand and arm massages
(4) {if available} cold plunge in the tub at Tempe Birth Center
