DAIRY-FREE COMMUNITY COOKING CLASS (HANDS-ON)Sunday 26th May – 10am to 2pm

Our plant-based cooking workshop will be a fresh, colourful and delicious one! Join us and learn how to create (hands-on, step-by-step) dairy-free coconut yoghurt, a yummy berry/beetroot compote and probiotic chocolates to assemble your very own breakfast jar (and sweet treats) to take home!
What’s Included:
- Overview of dairy-free cooking – including discussing various ingredients and alternatives.
- How to make coconut yoghurt (and other types of dairy-free yoghurt).
- Make beetroot/berry compote from scratch.
- Make probiotic chocolates from scratch.
- Serving ideas, storage tips.
- Create your own breakfast jar to take home!
- Ingredients and equipment included/provided to make the above recipes together in class.
- Printed course notes with recipes from the class plus tips, links and our other favourite vegetarian recipes - granola, chia pudding, raw fruit/vegetable juices, choc almond milk and eggplant bacon.
- Plus tea, coffee and catering (cauliflower biryani and coconut yoghurt for lunch).
Please Bring:
- 1 x 250-300ml jar with lid (or airtight container with lid). We will bring new jars along if you wish to purchase this at the class.
- A frozen freezer block and insulated lunch bag to transport your jar/container home safely (ensuring it is kept chilled during transport).
- Apron.
- Closed-in shoes.
- Hair tied back.
- Water bottle and/or reusable coffee cup.
