🌟 After-School Mindful Movers with Veronica Moya 🌟
Join us for After-School Mindful Movers, a fun and engaging meditation and movement session designed to help kids reset, recharge, and shine! Through daily guided breathing, stretching, and mindfulness exercises, children will shake out the wiggles, refocus their energy, and build inner calm—all in a joyful, consistent AND supportive environment.
✨ When: Monday–Friday, 3:00–4:00 PM
✨ Where: 630 7th St, West Palm Beach
✨ Ages: 5–9
This program fosters emotional wellness, mindfulness, and community, giving children the tools they need to navigate though each day as a consistent space to go to.
About Veronica Moya
Veronica Moya is a renowned mindfulness coach and meditation expert dedicated to helping children cultivate emotional well-being through playful yet meaningful practices. With years of experience in holistic wellness and youth engagement, Veronica creates safe and welcoming spaces where kids can develop self-awareness, focus, and relaxation techniques. Her unique approach blends movement, breathing exercises, and storytelling, making mindfulness an enjoyable and accessible experience for young minds.

Program Description:
A free monthly program that offers the community a diverse range of activities including cooking, gardening, dance, STEAM, writing, art and music, all designed to enrich their literacy learning experience. This program encourages children to explore their passions, facilitate ongoing self-discovery, while developing leadership skills and fostering a sense of community.
