The Parks and Recreation Division along with the generous sponsors of Coastal Credit Union, My Greene Team, Pamela Hughes, Navigant Credit Union, Butler & Messier Insurance, Camera Werks, Courtesy Auto Group, Dave’s Marketplace, OMNI Technology Services and the Pawtucket Slaterettes, are proud to welcome ROBIN HATHAWAY'S BIG MOUTH BLUES BAND.ROBIN HATHAWAY has been a mainstay in the Rhode Island music scene with her various projects over the years. This year, she returns to Pawtucket with the Big Mouth Blues Band with a high energy show of blues, rock, and soul. This past January, they were winners of the Boston Blues Society Blues Challenge and went on to represent Boston and RI in the International Blues Challenge held in Memphis.
This free 1 ½ hour performance takes place on the stage located in front of Daggett Farm and Len’s Hot Dog And Seafood Haven in Slater Memorial Park.
The Parks & Recreation Division will be collecting canned goods and non-perishable food items during these performances to assist the BLACKSTONE VALLEY FOOD CENTER, who work and help to combat hunger in the Blackstone Valley area.
PERFORMANCES MAY BE MOVED TO THE SLATER PARK PAVILION DURING PERIODS OF OR POTENTIAL INCLEMENT WEATHER.
