This course is for Midlothian residents
Meet other expectant Dads and learn about what to expect with baby, for this free Dads2b course.
These sessions are for expectant fathers to discuss issues important to them & will run for 4 Tuesdays, 6:30 pm-8:30pm.
Session content is as follows but please be advised that session may not be in this exact order due to external instructor availability.
Session 1 - covers the changes in Dad, Changes in mum, Brain development and attachment
Session 2 - is our practical session , Nappy changing, feeding, Bathing and a look into the role of Dad
Session 3 - Is our midwife session finding out what to expect with labour and birth
Session 4 - We discuss Mens mental health, post natal depression, Relationships, Life changes and Achievements to achieve before child is 5.
