This walk exists to offer a safe space for men who are living with loss and bereavement, especially when talking feels difficult or impossible.
It is open to dads, their friends, and anyone who has lost someone. There is no pressure to share your story. You do not need to open up. Simply being there is enough.
Walking side by side in nature helps remove expectations. Conversation can happen naturally, or not at all. Silence is welcome. So is connection.
We created these walks because grief does not always have words, and men often carry it quietly. This is a space where that is understood.
There is no agenda and no right way to take part. Just time outdoors, a steady walk, and the reassurance that you are in a safe place.
Free to attend. All welcome. Just turn up.
