A Dads & Bubs Reformer Pilates Class for them and a weekend social for us at Vive Pilates in Joo Chiat!

A great way of getting Dads to meet other Dads and bond with their little ones at the weekend too. Come along with them as we have our own Mums social in the Vive studio social space whilst they enjoy their reformer pilates class! We'll have plenty of drinks for us and beers for the dads when they've finished their class.

First time doing reformer? Don’t worry, the dads are in good hands.

For safety reasons (and to ensure you have a great time), this event is for Dads with pre-crawlers only! That’s babies typically under 6 months, not yet on the move.

Event Highlights:

• Baby-Wearing Reformer Pilates: Experience a dynamic pilates session tailored for Dads, where you can wear your baby in the carrier while engaging in low-impact exercises on the reformer machine.

• Studio Showcase: Explore the beautiful Vive Active studio in Joo Chiat and learn about their range of classes and wellness offerings.

• Mums Social: During the session, stay and mingle with other mums over drinks and light bites, think of it as a wellbub social – just in a different location!
• Post-Pilates Social: The Dads and little ones can join us after the class too for beers and light bites.

• Ensure you are physically fit to participate in this activity. If you are feeling unwell on that day, please rest.
• Dress comfortably in activewear – e.g. shorts, lightweight t-shirt; if you are wearing shorts, we recommend fitting shorts if possible.
• G rip socks are mandatory for class. You may purchase a pair in the studio for $15.
• Check In begins 30 minutes before class.If it's your first time using a reformer, definitely get here at least 15 minutes early so we can show you around the machine!
• Reformers are assigned on a first-come-first-served basis upon checking in.

I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in these classes.
