This walk is to raise money to enable the Dacotah Lions to sponsor local kids to attend Camp Maverick which is a week long camp every June for kids with Type 1 diabetes. The cost of the camp is $700 per kid & the Lions typically sponsor 8-12 kids a year. You can walk/run as much as you are able, you can sponsor a walker, or you can donate directly to the Dacotah Lions. Any amount helps them, sponsor these kids.
