Our Avalon Park Orlando Oktoberfest Derby is just one month away. We will have Dachshund & Wanba-Be races for all dachshunds and small breed wanna-be dachshunds, all ages and abilities with no race experience necessary! Plus…our traditional Bier Walk skill challenge, the HotDog 🌭 Dunk and, recently added the K9 Costume Contest with 5 entry categories: BEST MALE, BEST FEMALE, BEST GROUP, SPOOKIEST & MOST CREATIVE/ORIGINAL. We will also crown our BEST OF WINNERS with a grand Prize and 🏆 Trophy!Registration is open and the races are already 55% full since registration opened in June for our regular racers.
