DESCRIPTION: In 2025 we will look at the downstream uses of BIM as our designs move throughout the course of construction. One of the first things to happen for a design to be built is for a bidding to occur; historically bidding comes from manual take off from ‘flat’ drawings leaving a lot to interpretation by the bidder. Join us to see how both design professionals and contractors can utilize BIM data to improve the cost estimation process.

2. How a project migrates from design to construction via Autodesk Construction Cloud
3. Overview of Autodesk Build and it's modules
4. High-level look at the Cost module of Autodesk Build
