It's Simple...Run,walk or wheel up to 5km around the Barony and along Sandford Road. You can do as much or as little as you choose. It is free and all are welcome to join me.This Dabber's Dash will be in support of National Baby Loss Awareness Week 2025 and will be featured as a national Ribbon Run for the charity Sands for the third year in succession.

Baby loss in it's various forms impacts men, women and the wider family so do consider how this can impact the people who you know. Get the help to help yourself if it impacts you too be that exercise, counselling or whatever helps you to get on in spite of of baby loss.
All participation is at one's own risk on public paths and parks. Remember to put safety first at all times and be respectful to others.
