Entry Fee
$15 per Coach. NAF membership is required, but will be available on site to join or renew if needed for a cost of $5 for the year.
You can Pay Pal your entry to me via Friends and Family at [email protected]. please include your name, NAF name and ID# (if you have them).
What to Bring:
- A Blood Bowl pitch, Dugouts, and a set of templates, if they are not printed on your pitch.
- Your team (you can use any models that reasonably represent your chosen race's positions, color coded bases are encouraged. - Pained teams are encouraged, but not required. If you do not have a team, please reach out to the TO and we can find one for you to use at the event.
- Two (2) or more copies of your roster. One for you and one for your opponents.
- One or more sets of Games Workshop Blood Bowl dice (3 blocking dice, 1d16, 1d8, and 2d6).
- Dice cups, Dice Towers, and/or Dice Trays are encouraged, but not required.
Build Rules
Budget: 1,200,00 GP
Teams allowed: Any from the Season 2 Main Rules, Death Zone, Spike Magazine, and the GW Teams Of Legend PDF (High Elves & Tomb Kings)
Additional Skills: Each team may add skills with in the budget below, depending on their assigned Tier:
T1 – 36 SPP: Amazon, Chaos Dwarf, Dark Elf, Dwarf, High Elf, Lizardmen, Norse, Shambling Undead, Skaven, Underworld Denizens, Wood Elves
T2 – 42 SPP: Black Orc, Chaos Chosen, Chaos Renegades, Elven Union, Human, Imperial Nobility, Khorne, Necromantic Horror, Nurgle, Old Word Alliance, Orc, Tomb Kings, Vampires
T3 – 54 SPP: Gnome, Goblin, Halfing, Ogre, Snotling
Random Skills: Randomly selected skills will not be allowed.
Stat Upgrades: Stat upgrades may not be purchased.
Marking Skills: Any player that has been assigned an additional skill should be clearly marked using a skill band (available free from the TO) or and equivalent method .
Star Players: Star Players DO NOT count towards the required 11 player minimum for your roster. Additionally, Coaches must pay the following Star Player tax from their SPP allotment:
Normal Star Players: 12 SPP
Mega-Stars: 18 SPP (see the current GW FAQ for a list of Mega-Star layers)
The Highlander Rule will be in effect. (If two teams are facing each other and have the same Star Player, the Star has douped both teams and does not play for either one)
The Java Junkie:
- One player on your team will be The Java Junkie.
- The Java Junkie must be a Lineman with no skills added by the coach.
- The Java Junkie MUST be fielded, if he is available to be fielded.
- The Java Junkie is not subject to the Highlander Rule (there is always one in every group!)
- The Java Junkie will have a different skill package for each round:
Round 1 – Five more minutes... - Drunkard (Need a 3+ to Rush) & Really Stupid
Round 2 – Ready for the day! - Pro & Guard
Round 3 – MORE COFFEEEEEE!!! - Frenzy, Juggernaut & Sprint
Tournament Scoring
Scoring: 30pts WIN / 15pts DRAW / 5pts LOSS / -5pts concession
Bonus points: 1 per TD, 1 per Casualty caused as a result of a Block, A Block equivalent action, Breathe Fire, Foul, or a Crowd Surf.
Tie Breakers: Total Score, Net CAS, Net TD
Awards
Prizes will be in the form of Gift certificates to Java Game Haus. and certificates.
The King of the Bean (Champion): Tournament Winner by Points and tiebreakers as needed. If there is still a tie, the winner will be decided by a game of Triple POWs using shared dice from the TO.
Earl of Espresso (Best Stunty): The Stunty Coach with the highest points total with tiebreakers as needed. If there is still a tie, the winner will be decided by a game of Triple POWs using shared dice from the TO.
High Oktaine Krazy (Most Casualties): The Coach with the highest number of casualties scored. If there is a tie, the player with the higher net Casualties will win. If there is still a tie, the winner will be decided by a game of Triple POWs using shared dice from the TO.
*NAF SLANN TEAMS ARE ALLOWED (Tier 2).
