What is the MURPH Workout? Named in honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, who lost his life in Afghanistan, the MURPH is a grueling workout that consists of:
➡️ 1-mile run
➡️ 100 pull-ups
➡️ 200 push-ups
➡️ 300 air squats
➡️ Another 1-mile run
This event isn't just about physical fitness; it's about pushing past your limits, honoring those who've sacrificed for our country, and coming together as a community to support one another.
