Experience the vibrant traditions of Día de los Muertos at our first community celebration, in partnership with Tulare County and local community organizations.This is a free, family-friendly, sober event and we will be offering confidential, rapid, HIV and Syphilis testing. There will be entertainment, presentations, a community ofrenda (altar) and free food!
