Valentine's Day Lunch

Indulge in a luxurious three-course meal ($158++ per person) with a stunning view of Singapore’s skyline. The menu highlights aphrodisiac ingredients and showcases Modern Asian gastronomy including Fresh Oyster with Ponzu Pearls and A4 Waygu Miyazaki with black pepper sauce and potato terrine. Couples will also enjoy a complimentary Maison 21G perfume creation workshop and take home a personalized 30ml fragrance bottle.

For an elevated experience treat yourself to a bold five-course culinary journey ($238++) featuring delights from the lunch menu and succulent additions such as Poached Canadian Lobster with Seafood Bisque and Blue Cod with Paprik Veloutré.

Opt to enhance your meal with 50g of Kaviari Kristal Oscietre Prestige Caviar ($288 for sharing) served with gourmet condiments such as miso egg yolk myoga wasabi crème fraiche and blinis.
