The Cardiff City Stadium will host the second leg of Cymru’s UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 play-off semi-final against Slovakia on Tuesday 29 October (KO 7:15pm). Cymru last played in Cardiff in December 2023 and will be looking to match the support seen at the stadium in the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup play-offs, where a record crowd of 15,200 saw Cymru beat Bosnia & Herzegovina in the semi-final.
The Red Wall plays a key part in Cymru’s games and Rhian Wilkinson hopes to see the fans out in their numbers for the play-off semi-final. “It will be my first match at the Cardiff City Stadium, and I’ve heard so much from the players about how great the atmosphere was for the World Cup play-off match a few years ago.”
