Immediately following the workout, indulge in a Sound Bath, where calming frequencies will help you release tension, restore balance, and promote deep relaxation.
3:00pm - 4:00pm: Social Hour & Wellness Experience
After the class, unwind and connect with others during our Social Hour. Enjoy a refreshing Cymbiotika Matcha Latte, known for its clean energy and focus-boosting benefits, and sample a variety of Cymbiotika Supplements to support your health journey.
