2 reps per implement, each Athlete must do at least 1 press
Grip - 80kg railway
2 athletes at the same time with 1 hand each on the implement - max time
Stone to shoulder Shoulder - 105kg Basque stone
Back n forth
Medley - Tyre 80kg, Sandbag 100kg, SA Farmer 100kg
Athlete1 loads all kit to 10m, Athlete 2 brings it back 10m
90secs max on all events except grip
Equipment allowed
knee and elbow sleeves
Wrist straps
Wrist wraps
Liquid or power chalk
Grip shorts and shirts
