We're delighted to announce a series of Cycling and Wellbeing sessions, designed to empower individuals to embrace cycling and healthy living.Our new cycling and wellbeing sessions are designed to introduce you to the incredible benefits of exercise through cycling, combined with a healthy eating demonstration to equip you with the knowledge and skills to prepare healthy nutritious meals and advice and guidance on your own individual wellbeing.
🚴♀️ Cycling for Health: From boosting your fitness to enhancing mental wellbeing, you'll explore how regular cycling can assist you in your overall fitness and wellbeing.
🍏 Healthy Eating Demonstration: Following each cycling session, join us to learn how to prepare delicious, nutritious meals. Our cooking demonstrations will equip you with practical skills and insights into budget-friendly eating, ensuring you can make informed dietary choices that support an active lifestyle.
💡 Wellbeing Workshop: A relaxed workshop focused on personal wellbeing, where you'll gain valuable tips and insights to support you in everyday life. Discover simple stress-relief techniques and easy to us strategies for a positive outlook.
Sessions will commence at 11 am at Pedal Power, followed by the cooking demonstration, lunch, and the wellbeing workshop in the conference room at Alyn Waters. Best of all, these sessions are completely free of charge!
