β¨ Join us for an afternoon of learning, connection, and celebration as we guide Black and Brown girls through the wisdom of their cycles, supported by the mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and caregivers who walk alongside them.
This intimate workshop creates a safe and affirming space to learn, share, and build confidence as we honor the beauty of growing into womanhood.
πΈ What Theyβll Experience
- Period Education & Story Sharing β Learn essential knowledge about menstrual health while hearing stories that normalize and uplift the journey.
- Creative Cycle Mapping β Use art to explore and visualize your unique cycle.
- Build Your Own Period Kit β Hands-on activity where girls create a personalized kit with all the essentials.
- Shared Wisdom Activities & Bonding Prompts β Meaningful guided conversations and activities designed to strengthen the connection between girls and their caregivers.

A nourishing midday meal and light refreshments will be provided to keep everyone energized and connected.

- Adult + 1 Child (Required) β Admission for 1 adult caregiver and 1 girl (ages 9β16).
- Add-On: Additional Child (Optional) β Admission for one extra girl (ages 9β16).
- Tickets are free, but space is limited. We are preparing for 16 girls and their caregivers, so register early!
This event is reserved for Black and Brown girls ages 9β16 and their registered adult caregivers. Please note that we cannot accommodate infants, toddlers, or unregistered attendees.
