About this Event
A Cycle Tracking Gathering at Nettle Wellness
Come gather with us at the new Nettle Wellness space for a conversation that’s both personal and political. In a time when our reproductive rights are under constant threat, understanding our bodies is an act of resistance. Whether you’re just starting to track your cycle, you’ve been doing it for years, or you’re a provider looking for fresh insights, this event is for you.
We’ll dig into the basics of cycle tracking, explore it beyond just fertility, and share practical tips for staying connected to our bodies. In these times, knowing our bodies is essential—not just for our health, but for our power.
Join us for light refreshments and an honest conversation with Jo Zasloff, Nettle Wellness owner and midwife, and the authors of The Cycle Book, Laura Federico and Morgan Miller, on Saturday, February 8th, from 4-6pm. Let's learn, laugh, and get empowered together—because reclaiming our bodies is the first step in reclaiming our rights.
