🚴♀️ Cycle More: Build Confidence. Ride Further. 🚴♂️Looking to take the next step in your cycling journey? Whether you're commuting, riding with family, or rediscovering the joy of two wheels, Cycle More is your gateway to riding with confidence.
This 5-week, hands-on course is designed for adults or teens who already know how to ride a bike but want to improve their technique, boost confidence, and feel more at ease navigating traffic, bike paths, and longer rides.

Over five supportive sessions you’ll:
- Learn safe braking and bike handling techniques
- Navigate shared paths and quiet suburban roads
- Build confidence in traffic and improve road safety awareness
- Understand Canberra’s road rules for bikes
- Improve posture, gear use, and balance
- Learn basic bike care and how to look after yourself on the ride
👩🏫 Led by an experienced, AusCycling-accredited instructor with support from a second trained trainer.
👥 Small group format – personalised support, no pressure.
🚲 Bring your own bike + helmet (Need a bike? Hire one for $25 when registering!)
