Cycle Maintenance Advanced
Come join us for a hands-on workshop at Hornchurch Country Park where you'll learn the finer points of taking care of your bike. Our expert instructor will show you about brake and gear pad and cable replacement, gear and chain replacement and bottom bracket replacement.
If you can bring your own bike to work on, that would be ideal but if not, we can provide one.
