About this Event
New to indoor cycling or looking for a low-pressure way to get started? Cycle Foundations is a beginner-friendly, 45-minute ride designed to help you feel confident on the bike. You’ll receive hands-on instruction for proper bike setup, riding posture, and resistance, followed by an introduction to the structure and flow of a typical cycle class.
By the end of class, you’ll know the fundamentals of indoor cycling and feel ready to tackle regular cycle classes with ease. No experience necessary—just bring your energy, and we’ll guide you every step of the way!
This event is open to guests and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. All registered guests must provide a Valid Proof of ID upon check in at Steel Fitness Premier. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class to get checked in.
