Cycle Flow Yoga is a soulful, feminine practice designed to support you through every phase of your menstrual cycle. Each class is rooted in the understanding that your energy, emotions, and needs shift throughout the month—and your yoga practice can too.
In this nurturing, all-levels class, you’ll explore gentle flows, restful holds, embodied movement, breathwork, and deep relaxation—all tailored to align with the four phases of the menstrual cycle:

This is a time to turn inward. Expect slow, grounding practices to soothe cramps, soften fatigue, and honour the deep wisdom of stillness. We’ll focus on gentle breathwork, restorative shapes, and cultivating inner listening.

What do I need to bring?
I provide everything you will need at the class including mats, cushions, blankets, bolsters, straps, eye masks etc. all you need to bring is comfortable clothing to wear and a drink for yourself.
How much?
£44 for a 4 week block. All of our blocks are rolling, so you can join us at any time provided we have space and just pay for the remainder of the block.
