About this Event
The purpose of the Steam Festival is to give families of DC an opportunity to learn about the local STEAM programs in their community. For years local nonprofits have been working to educate and help build sustainable programs that give children the experience of a lifetime. Here families will engage in STEAM activities, experiments, and play games showing how diverse STEAM can be! The “CNZ STEAM Festival” gives people the opportunity to meet the folks working hard in their community! We are also raising money for a back-to-school supply drive.
Ideally, this would become an annual DC staple. This will ensure that this festival Will continuously shine a spotlight on the digital divide and the work that needs to be done
We are still fundraising so all donations are welcome.
