About this Event
About this event
Bournemouth University is hosting an industry-focused event exploring cyber resilience as a leadership, organisational, and people-centred challenge for SMEs.
Cyber risk is no longer confined to technical teams. For small and medium-sized organisations, cyber incidents affect decision-making, business continuity, staff confidence, and organisational trust.
This MBA-led session brings together business and cybersecurity perspectives, focusing on how leaders and managers can prepare their organisations to respond more effectively when incidents occur. The emphasis is on practical understanding rather than technical detail.
The session includes a live Cyber First Aid (CFA) taster, offering participants hands-on experience of a structured, non-technical approach to cyber incident response.
The event concludes with informal networking, providing space to connect with peers, alumni, academics, and practitioners from across the region.
