Learn how to work with cyanotype, a manual photographic printing process that creates print patterns using sunlight and a photosensitive solution that turns simple fabric into a printable surface so anyone can create original prints with definition and an intense shade of blue.Students will learn the basics of the art form, work with the solution and have assistance with creating compositions. A variety of pressed botanicals, organics and items will be provided for use; students are encouraged to bring materials for experimentation (must be pressed flat or be able to be pressed flat).
