About Julie:
Julie completed her first condo conversion for a client in 2003, and since that time she has formed over 2,500 condominium regimes and homeowners' associations across the state of Texas. She has represented over 1,000 private real estate groups, investors and developers.
She has formed 1,000s of LLCs and Series LLCs for real estate holdings and development. She has represented real estate developers and investors, builders, real estate brokers and agents, architects, engineers, lenders, landlords, property management companies, and suppliers.
