Join us in the Hopkins Event Lawn for a special event with Barre Groove's Alanna Perry and DJ Wyatt!
SCULPT THAT sASS is the sASSiest sculpt class you have ever taken! Join the SCULPT SQUAD as you move through high-intensity sassy cardio bursts mixed with your favorite BG sculpt moves for a maximum calorie-burning effect. This mat based sASSy sculpt class builds muscle, strength, and endurance using hand weights, gliders, and resistance bands. Our sASSy strength exercises target all major muscle groups with a strong emphasis on THAT ASS (aka your best ASSet)!
This class is FREE and designed for all levels.

Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Wednesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM right here at Cambridge Crossing.
Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. All you need to bring is yourself, a yoga mat, and water.
