The Cowichan Valley Regional District (CVRD) is updating and consolidating NINE of its existing bylaws into a region-wide Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw (CZB) for its nine electoral areas. As part of this, the CVRD is updating agricultural zoning.

Our work to date has led to the development of draft agricultural zones and regulations. We want to discuss these potential changes with you, respond to your questions, and gather your feedback so that we can improve these draft zones and regulations and create a strong CZB.
