Join us as we celebrate the graduation of 31 leaders from 22 cities who have completed the Community Violence Intervention Leadership Academy (CVILA)—a first-of-its-kind program designed to strengthen leadership and management skills, equipping participants to lead community-based organizations, scale CVI strategies, and advance the field to reduce gun violence nationwide.

This formal graduation ceremony will honor the dedication, hard work, and impact of our graduates, recognizing their commitment to driving meaningful change in communities across the country.
