That's why we created First Aid and Triage training for you!
Our experienced team will teach you the art of triage and first aid skills that can help you during an emergency. As while we cannot predict emergencies, we know they will happen and we can be prepared!
Our First Aid and Triage workshop is $70 pp with all funds raised will be donated to the hardworking and amazing team at ACT Pet Crisis Support. This will allow them to provide more affordable veterinary care for more animals in the Canberra region.
What is Included?
This unique 2-hour workshop created by our experienced ECC team members will cover the basics of:
Preparing and experiencing emergencies with your pet (what to have ready, Dos and Don’ts, and how to act when you experience an emergency.)
Basic categories of emergency and non-emergency clinical conditions and first aid. In particular, trauma, toxicities, respiratory issues, urinary issues, gastrointestinal issues, and behavioural issues.
Emergency conditions specific to your pet's breed and species (like GDV, seizures, FATe etc.)
