Hi Gang,Our Second meeting to continue planning for a potential CVCE - VCF DownUnder event for 2025.
The BBQ will be available for those wanting to have lunch. BYO everything.

We will be looking to lock in teams to take responsibility in each of the areas listed. This will be make or break this year's event.
We need willing people, actually taking responsibility for the various areas, so that it's not left up to a small few to organize everything.
