Artificial Intelligence (AI) isn’t just another tool - it’s a business advantage. In this focused workshop, we’ll unpack how consultants, freelancers, marketers, and small business owners can use AI to drive growth, improve efficiency, and deliver better results for business success.
Rather than wading through apps or trends, you’ll get a strategic blueprint for how to embed AI into the way you work - from planning and content to sales and service. Whether you’re a solo operator or leading a small team, this session will help you think bigger, move faster, and lead smarter.
Designed for time-poor professionals who want to stay ahead, this session covers:
- strategic ways to use AI across your business
- how to audit your current workflow and identify high-leverage points for AI
- the biggest AI misconceptions holding small businesses back
- practical AI strategies that save time, reduce workload, and improve quality
- how to combine AI with automation tools for better delivery and client experience
- an action plan to trial, implement, and measure your AI impact.
Come prepared with:
- a pen and paper
- all your AI challenges and questions.
