CUTLOOSE CARES: 5th Annual One CAN Make A Difference

Join us on November 23rd at 11 am for a FREE 45-minute full-body can-weighted workout in the brew room of vonC Brewing to benefit the food-insecure families of CHOP and families across the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Bring your I CAN do anything attitude, and let's have a blast as we sweat it out for a great cause! We have a goal to collect THREE TONS (6,000 LBS) of food this year! We know with the help of the community that's more than doable!

*Please bring at least ten cans OR non-perishable items for your donation to this impactful event!*

What to donate:

Peanut butter, Canned soup, Canned fruit, Canned vegetables, Canned stew, Canned fish, Canned beans, Pasta, Rice, and any other non-perishable items.

We will need volunteers for this event beginning at 12 pm to help us pack the bags of food for our local families at CHOP. If you are interested in donating your time to a great cause, please register as a Volunteer here!

Info: 45-minute can-weighted workout designed for anybody with a body. 11AM start, 1145AM finish where we will cool down and break into 2 groups before sorting food.

Info: Together, we'll take the time to sort all 6,000 pounds of food. We'll then weigh the food (to be exact) and then we will begin to transition to packing.

Info: At this time we will pack the bags with 7 to 8 food items each. Directors from local food banks arrive with a truck to pick up their donations. Once all the food is distributed, we clean up and hang out at vonC who will have a food truck and beverages!
