Participants will discover the benefits of consultative selling through customer-centric behaviours that facilitate gaining a deeper insight into one’s individual customers and the potential new paths forward toward their future success. They will be provided with an efforts vs. results matrix delineating what activities result in the greatest improvements in sales outcomes.

What Influences People in Forming Relationships?

This session will uncover all the different family emotions, cultural influences and relationship components that affect how we choose to engage with the opposite or same sex, and what makes them successful. Come along and discover these crucial factors so that you can positively nurture healthy and rewarding relationships with others!
