A Multiply workshop for Hertfordshire employees that will help improve their customer service and communication skills.
About this Event

During this FREE Multiply Workshop you will gain a broad overview of the principles of customer service, involving discussion of elements that make up good customer service, methods for handling complaints and positive ways to deal with difficult customers.

Content may include:

Understand the elements of what makes good customer service
Identify the differences between aggressive, assertive and passive behaviour
How to correctly work out discounts and understand pricing and promotions
Learn how to analyse customer data

This workshop will last 2 hours, tea/coffee and biscuits will be avaliable on arrival and lunch will run 1:30pm - 2:00pm.
