Customer Service/Sales Representative -$20/Hr.

• Conduct engaging tours for groups of varying sizes, ensuring all participants are informed and entertained.
• Provide historical and cultural context about the sites visited, educating guests on key facts and stories.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests to enhance their experience.
• Manage time efficiently to ensure tours run smoothly and adhere to scheduled times.
• Address any questions or concerns from guests promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with team members to improve tour content and guest engagement strategies.
• Ensure the safety of all participants during tours by following established protocols.

Requirements

• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Time management skills to keep tours on schedule while providing thorough information.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, allowing for communication with a diverse audience.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in guests while guiding them through experiences.
• A passion for education and sharing knowledge about local history, culture, or attractions.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time;Pay: $20.00 per hour; Expected hours: 35 per week
