Here we go folks - We are taking our love of wood to a Charcuterie Class!We'll be making your custom Charcuterie board out of local hard wood prior to the event.
The class, led by Kelsey's Irish Pub owner, Maureen McManus, will guide you through building a unique charcuterie spread on top of your custom board. You'll learn how to arrange cheese and fold salami, including how to make the salami rose. We'll be offering a wine tasting to those over 21.
Not only will you learn to put it all together, but you'll leave with enough to fill your board, that is unless you start to nibble which I'm sure you will!
You are welcome to order additional drinks and food off the menu at this event.
