Curricular Practical Training (CPT) & Career Design Workshop.

This event is open to current Northeastern international students looking to do their first co-op. Make sure to bring your Husky Card as we will use that to check you into the event.

Are you an F-1 student who is thinking about applying for a co-op or internship soon? It’s important to make sure that you understand what it means for F-1 students to engage in off-campus experiential activities, so OGS and Career Design will be co-sponsoring a workshop on March 1 and March 2. Come learn everything you will need to know about obtaining the necessary work authorization so that you will be all set to head out and get that practical work experience!

You will also have the chance to learn about Employer Engagement and Career Design Services, plus some strategies and resources you can utilize in your co-op or internship search and other helpful tips and advice!
