Enjoy a Spring Weekend in the Ozarks. Leave work early with a Friday afternoon check-in, Sign-up for the Sip & Paint (fee) or enjoy Live Music with Zoe Vox and a welcoming Drum Circle, Chacoa Ceremony & Bon Fire sets the tempo for the opening nights festivities! A good nights sleep and wake up Saturday morning to the birds chirping and Poolside Yoga, Holistic Vendors, Artists and Creative Thinkers will be on hand from 11am till sunset! Schedule a massage, Reiki, one-on-one Yoga/meditation/breathwork or many of the other holistic services to be offered for an additional fee. Some of the educational classes will include Vitamins & Minerals, what you need and where to find them; making & using essential oils from locally grown Herbs and plants; How do these oils work with your body & mind. Enjoy some hands on workshops with Hula Hoop or Staff Twirling (poi) or A 3 hour 3 mile full immersive nature hike will be also be offered, but register early, spots go quickly! Lunch can be added for a fee. This is a meditative medium skill level hike. You will gain 300 vertical feet in les than 1/4 mile at the end, so bring your hiking boots, long pants, and a good attitude! If hiking not your bag stay back at camp and take in the sound bath. This sound bath is a great way to clear your head, your thoughts and get you focunstraight! Cap off your day with 30 minutes that will change your life! An inspirational moment with Garrett Sheppard, discussing the effectiveness of a healthy fulfilling lifestyle combined with strong emotional fitness. Then.... After a great day of wellness and relaxation, wind down with local folk artist Jamin Brey as she performs her original & classic folk music, enjoy dinner at the grill or under the stars by your campfire.
