About this Event
By creating a space to share knowledge and experiences, our hope is to facilitate dialogue and connection among a community who have a passion and interest in color. We aim to open up an invitation to slow down and pay closer attention to the world that hosts us through intentionally made food, carefully selected natural wine pairings and a workshop on textiles and natural dyes.
What to expect:
Danica and Fran of will lead a natural dye make & take activity as well as facilitate a conversation around the historical context of the color red and the dyes we'll be using. From there we will enjoy a dinner led by our friends and duo - Brennan Villareal and Sasha Schoen. Brennan has curated a red inspired menu including four courses and a dessert. (Menu is shared below. Please contact us with any allergies right away so we can accomodate you). Sasha has carefully selected three natural wine pairings with a focus on sustainability as well as a welcome spritzer. You will leave this experience with new knowledge, a unique textile, a full belly, and hopefully with some new connections in your community.
Please note: This is an intimate experience with only 12 seats at the table. We are not able to offer any refunds in the event of cancellation. We are sorry and hope you understand!
