Curling in Brisbane - Learn to Curl Program! (9th,16th & 30th October)

🥌 Ready to take your curling skills beyond a Come & Try? Join our Learn to Curl program — a fun, hands-on introduction to the sport designed for beginners who want to build real skills and play real games!

This 2-week program runs across three available dates in October. You only need to attend two sessions to complete the program.

We offer two pathways:

Dates: Thursday 9th & Thursday 16th October
Focus:

• Learn to sweep
• Learn to slide
• Intro to game tactics
• Play a game at the end of each session

Dates: Thursday 16th & Thursday 30th October
Focus:

• Learn to slide
• Learn to sweep
• Intro to game tactics
• Play a game at the end of each session

• How to slide and sweep like a curler
• Basic game tactics and strategy
• How to play a full curling game with guidance

• Note: We strongly recommend attending a 'Come and Try' event before starting the 'Learn to Curl' program.

• All equipment is supplied by the Queensland Curling Association (QCA).

• Bring loose, comfortable, warm clothing (no tight jeans!)
• Closed-in footwear with good grip
• Gloves (optional)
