What is Curious Tamariki?An exploration of nature, science and filmmaking for young people.
AN ADVENTURE: Nature workshops and games about streams, forests, birds and more with scientists from the University of Auckland.
BUILDING SKILLS: Filmmaking workshops, learn important filmmaking and editing techniques, and speak the language of film with professional filmmakers from The Open Fort.
TELLING YOUR STORY: Use your new filmmaking skills to explore and express your creativity to find and tell stories from your local community, films will be started during the workshops and finished in your own time with support.
SHARING STORIES! A community showcase to share the films with your community.
Explore, upskill, get creative and give a voice to nature!

At Te Uru Waitākere Contemporary Gallery on the 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd of July from 9:00am - 4:00pm on each day
Titirangi Mini Film Festival Showcase to come in September!
