Are you a curious kid full of questions about animals – but your parents don’t always have the answers? Come along to meet real-life experts and ask them yourself at the book launch of The Conversation’s Curious Kids book: Why do Tigers Have Whiskers? And Other Cool Things About Animals.
The event will be chaired by The Conversation’s Lucy Beaumont and will feature Deakin University’s Professor Euan Ritchie and The University of Melbourne’s Dr Kylie Soanes. And yes, they will be answering all Curious Kids questions in kids-speak, rather than academic jargon.
Curious Kids is a popular series by The Conversation where we ask academic experts to answer real questions from real kids, from toddlers up to teens. You can read their latest pieces here and Curious Kids questions can be sent to [email protected]
This event is free to attend but bookings are essential.
