Join us for the opening of The Curious Figure 2, an exciting showcase of figurative artists from around the New Bedford MA region. This exhibit highlights human form expression around experience, allegory, and/or personal narrative.
Special guest Nelson Marlowe, a SWAIN School graduate, will give a talk around the topic of designing with the figure form in space, offering insights into the dynamic approach to rendering the human form and its environment in visual art.
This is a free event and open to the public. Whether you’re an artist, collector, or simply curious about figurative art, we invite you to come explore, and connect with other artists!
