Curio Wine School: Sweet & Luscious Dessert Wines from Around the World
Discover the world of naturally sweet wines in this brand-new Curio Wine School class focused entirely on non-fortified dessert wines. From botrytised classics to dried-grape traditions to true ice wine, this class explores how different regions achieve sweetness, balance, and complexity—without the use of fortification.
We’ll taste six dessert wines from iconic regions; and you’ll learn how these wines are made, what makes each style unique, and how to evaluate sweetness, acidity, and texture like a pro.
To round out the experience, each guest will enjoy a curated three-cheese pairing plate selected to highlight the range of dessert wine styles in the lineup.

Curio wines classes are designed for everyone, whether you are new to the world of wine or a wine expert. We will explore and discover new aspects of wine together. Classes are held in the Curio Wine Bar’s Wine Cellar, which is accessed down a flight of stairs. Everyone attending need to be 21 and over (this also pertains to infants and children).
