This three-day retreat is a held container, a vessel to birth aliveness.
Through vocal activations, embodiment practices, song circles and spirit work we strengthen our capacity to show up authentically.
Inspired by indigenous traditions and lineages we will learn principles of reciprocity — always giving before taking, offering without expectation, and walking with reverence in everything we do.
At the heart of this journey into ritual is play.
When we approach sound with curiosity rather than perfection, something magical happens. The sheer joy of exploring the unknown becomes our Northern star. In the wobble of a note, the giggle after a missed beat, the strange and beautiful sounds we didn’t plan—something real emerges.
We’re not here to perform. We’re here to remember.
We’re here to invite music to arise though us as the instruments for spirit.
This kind of play isn’t childish—it’s sacred.
It is through joy and playful exploration that music becomes our medicine.
THE RETREAT INCLUDES
